<p>are the servers actually up? by the posts i've seen about the merger being done it would seem so. but i cant connect to the launcher. it takes forever to show the message box saying its updating th launcher. then instead of the launchpad window it gives me an error saying there is trouble with internal servers.</p>

<p>well after waiting on the live chat for 45 mins, the guy i talked to said nothing was wrong on their end. he then told me to try the troubleshooting site. i could see this being my issue i it was 1 computer doing it. but both my computers are doing the same thing.</p><p>and i'm not getting the error you are. for me, instead of the launchpad screen where you log in, i get a screen that says "it's not your fault" and there is trouble with internal servers.</p>
