<p>I see a lot of people max spec this under the Shadows tree. Is this just to raise your INT by 15 or so? Just not sure why people max this out as it seems not to be worth it...but perhaps I am missing something.</p>

<p>Yes, that's exactly why people get it. To boost their INT and their STA.</p><p>Out of the other options in the tree, besides max HP, that's the best General AA in Shadows.</p>
