Hello all,

Before i get to my question, I have to proudly show off my Myth It has helped a lot in holding mobs. unless my Warlock lady friend gets trigger happy on groups lol.

Ok, anyhow, I was wondering if there are any good choices for forarms out there? Currently i'm wearing the "Gussets of the waste hunter". My other gear is all t2. I believe some drop from WoE, correct? If so i havn't seen/heard anything about them. Anyone have a link? I don't have the time freedom to do WoE like i would like, since i work third shift. Which i guess is why i'm asking for other options. Thanks all.

Captain Grush or whatever his name is in WOE drops the T3 set piece for forearm.

Also trash mobs in ToMC can drop a decent forearm item. The entrance trash in ToMC can be single grouped.

Thanks , i'll see if anyone in guild is interested in hitting up some of these spots you mention.

Ok.. i'm feeling the need to complain. Please forgive me, but i need others thoughts.

http://www.lootdb.com/eq2/item/117603776

http://www.lootdb.com/eq2/item/1008241074

Are these stats really what a guard should be concentrating on? I'm talking main stat wise ... sta, agi, ...wis? I know wis is good for resist increase... but i can do that with the adorn for head slot since there is only crap for it. I'm getting annoyed that my str and agi are lacking it seems. Hell even the upgrade from T1 to T2 ... stats barely changed, other than the blue +crit stats and a slight miti boost.

http://www.lootdb.com/eq2/item/1113998565

I like these, they seem more realistic to what a tank should be using.

Ohh hell, i was just curious and wanted to compare stats on t2 and the woe stuff...

http://www.lootdb.com/eq2/item/-1146134962 chamion mirror breast

http://www.lootdb.com/eq2/item/1113998565 lavawrought breast

You would think they could at lease put a difference of 5 on the stats...., but the +10 to crit mit nice, and the set bonuses are also, but i don't call that evening the odds.

[Removed for Content]...Sorry, it's just something that has been bugging me, and needed to vent. Maybe in a couple months when the new exp comes out , and shard stuff are a thing of the past, it'll change.

I don't really have an issue with agi, we get so much avoidance from elsewhere that my 800 agi is fine. I'm still at 79% avoidance I'm not sweating the extra 400 agi to cap.

Now STR I am having some issue with. When I need to use my survivability gear my str drops significantly and because STR factors into to-hit chance rather than dmg effected, the hit-rate drop on the str loss is of considerable concern to me.

Certainly making sure the dirge is on the right spec and playing the right songs is key to how well I can suceed or fail while in a defensive posture.
