Or that it transfers hate from members within an AE range/radius?</p><p>In either case, when I hit the spell, if I have 100 agro on the agro meter, I can see, in the lower, smaller number - who is next closest.  Theoretically, if 36% of everyones hate is coming my way, shouldnt that smaller number in turn decrease by 36%?  If not, why not?</p>

<p>The description is a little misleading.  You will receive 36% of any new agro generated during the duration of sigil.</p>
