<p>Zhoul itself gives 55% speed. But Zhoul + Journeyman's Boots gives just 62% speed, not 65%. I think Zhoul has the bug which is not stacked with Journeyman's boots</p><ul><li>Warg(52%)+Journeyman's Boots =62% speed</li><li>Zhoul(55%) + Journeyman's Boots = 62% speed</li></ul><p>I hope this is fixed soon. Actually, Zhoul is too ugly although it is the best mount in game. If the speed of Zhoul is not stacked propery, it is just ugly mount having 3% cirt. Plz fix this soon.</p>

I am suprised those stack at all. I was under the impresion no mount speed stacked with runspeed

Mounts don't stack with any other runspeed buffs. You seem to have some underlying runspeed buff that adds up to 62% with journeyman boots. I'm not sure if that happens all the time, because i dont use any mounts, but afaik the displayed runspeed dont show the mount runspeed if you are faster without it.

my racial speed doesn't even stack with mounts, not sure why the OP thinks the boots would. not sure what he's using to manage the 62% though but i'm interested to know. if it is the jboots it likely is a bug, to which i wouldn't be complaining.

You obviously have 52% base-run speed from buffs/gear/whatever, which is why Jboots are increasing your run-speed to 62% when equipped.  The fact is, mounts and jboots don't stack.
