<p>Hi guys, does anyone from the beta test (or otherwise) know if at launch level 70 adept 3 spells/skills will start taking tier8 rares, or stick with tier 7 rares for a while?  Also do you know if transmuting level 70 items will return tier 8 components at launch, or will they persist in giving tier 7 for a while?</p><p>Thanks in advance...</p><p>Quintin, 70 armorer/transmuter, Kithicor</p><p>(edit) ok, I found the post below about level 70 items transmuting to t8 parts.
