Hoople's Apple pie - part of a solo series that starts near the docks in EL, I think (It's been a while) that also gives, um...  I think a fistwraps recipes and one other recipe. Edit:  Halasain Brew is is a dropped recipe in Unrest that requires an item harvested in Unrest.

If I remember right... Sleeves or shoulders for Tailor. Dagger for Weaponsmith. Apple pie for Provisioner. The other was either Carpenter or Woodworker item. As for the Steamfont items, I'm honestly not sure...try EQ2i.  Search for quests in Steamfont, should give you a listing under the timeline area.
