<p>This buckler drops in Emerald Halls and is a nice buckler, but there has to be a mistake on the power for this item. This really should have 140 power to be in line with the other items dropping on EoF raid zones. 40 power on this item has to be a mistake. This is especially the case since it is a healer only item. Healers really need a lot of power and this being only 40 power makes it a lot less desireable. It seems like somehow the 1 was left off that number. Currently I wouldn't use the item as is due to this severe lack of power, but hopefully someone can look at this and fix it.</p><p><img src="http://i165.photobucket.com/albums/u44/primamezzo/eq2loot_1499.jpg" border="0"></p>

dont you think this item is already powerfull enought in its current form.

I think they mixed up the numbers for hp and power, probably should be +40hp, +130power.
