<P>Hey Maroger,</P> <P>How many places are you going to post the same post?</P> <P>The test notes say that PART of the new broker system is in place.  I don't think we've seen enough to judge it effectively.  We do seem to be trading fewer slots for lower broker fees so far, but who knows what other changes are coming?</P>
