<div>Please make it so in game mail with coin or item attachments that are not collected after 30 days get sent back to the sender, not just deleted.  Make it a free option when you send items/coin or make it an option you can turn on or off with a small cost to use the feature.  Either way it needs to be in the game as I have lost about 5pp to people taking a break or whatever.  I also hear many other people singing the same sad tune.</div><div> </div><div>Antiope</div><div>60 Paladin of Oasis</div>

Items dont delete after 30 days, and haven't for a while.<div></div>

<div></div><p>Great if they did not know about the mail not deleting bug now they do, thanks</p><p>And it does not even matter if it does not get deleted. Lots of people have had mail accidents and had items end up sitting in the mail box on inactive toons.</p><p>Thanks to SOE's policies of not lifting a finger to help I would say this kind of feature should have been a pre-req to allow them to justify such strict policies.</p><p>Otherwise if you make this kind of service an extra fee then it should have a few more benefits than just bounce.</p><p>In our worldNormal postage stamps cover the return of package if it ends up Return To Sender</p><p>If one pays to register,Package can only be given to a person that can identify themselves as the person it was being sent too and will not be delivered without there signature, if  no one is there and the package is not sighed for then it is RTS (in the UK if not collected in 2 weeks mail is RTS)</p><p>If one uses a shipping companySignature is required unless otherwise specified and again if the person cannot be found the parcel is RTS.</p><p>I would ask if they want to make the mail fee more then there should be a mail recall feature, like phoning the courier and cancelling a delivery and getting them to return the package before it is picked up the other side.</p><p>A mail bounce should be covered within the existing cost. (to justify the 0 tolerance policies)</p>

<div></div>I don't think a 30-day bounce-back is a bad idea.  We lost some stuff to Hurricane Katrina before the change.

Having sent several items as gifts to a friend who then, unexpectedly due to a real life shift of events, stopped playing for an indefinate amount of time (and is still out), I would love to have a return to sender on items after 30 days.<div></div>

It has just never been changed back. After initiating the change there may have just been a positive responce. besides i know of thousands of victoms who still are not in their homes and still do not have the access to play their EQ2 accounts. someone at SOE decided this was a change for the better, for now. I don't think a bounce at the end of 30 days would be so bad, but it's more for the sender then for the recipeient's sake ::winks::</font></p><p>Altho I can only think of two reasons,</p><p>1. Bumping this, because I think it should be implemented into the game.  :smileywink:

I have to say that I agree that it would be nice to have items return to sender at the end of the 30 days. I also wish that there was a "return" button on the interface. So many times I've ended up sending the wrong thing to an alt, or realized after that I still need it back on my main. The ability to just hit "return" would be really nice.

<P>I'd love a return to sender button myself.</P> <P>Then when Danna spams me with garbage, I could just send it back to her.</P> <P>Umm, oops!  'Hi, Danna'</P> <P> </P>

Please don't bump ancient threads, it's against the forum rules of conduct for one thing, and it also can lead to confusion.  Since so many things change over the course of a year, it's much clearer for everyone if you simply start a new thread making your current suggestion.<div></div>
