Sorry, what does "no longer toggle" mean? <div></div>

Most concentration and non-concentration based buffs would "grey out" when you buffed with them. Meaning when you clicked the icon again it would then turn OFF the buff and start the recycle timer. That "grey out" phase of the buff icon is gone so the spell icon should no longer "grey out" when you buff with it. (to the spells/abilities they changed of course) Allowing you to recast it at any point without a reset timer on it. Courage or Magi Shielding is a good example. Log on a <b>live server </b>and cast one of those buffs and you'll see the icon grey out. The spells listed as no toggle should no longer do that. <div></div>
