I have not yet reached 48 so i dont knwo but i think it is a upgrade to slice throat which can be useful on casting mobs but i dont use it much so i dont think you will able to get normal pp price for it but it should sell

It's an ok spell. The problem is it's a stifle so in raids it's useless. Against group mobs its handy.

I have garrote master, but never use it. Just hoping the skill is made useful with changes, even the master is not that good, like 100 damage upgrade.

my guild had it drop off ox but i declined on it since i see no point spending dkp for a spell usless in raids

its like a 40 damage increase of adept3 so idk 1-2pp tops i saw it on the broker for 2 and didnt feel it was worth the cash tbh lol

Am I correct in assuming that the master is like the adept 3 version. It does not effect epic targets? Useless imo...

In epic encounters with adds, if you open up with this skill, the mob will be unlikely to cast at all before it dies. However, since the stiffle doesnt change with the quality of the spell, the Master still doesnt have much value as it's increase in damage is not that big.
Message Edited by dparker713 on 07-20-2005 09:34 AM
