<div></div><div></div>I look at that skill then I look at what we get as assassins, and no matter how I tried to justify our attacks being the way they are, I still can't help feeling a little shortchanged somehow. I had always thought all along that it did the damage it could do and was still on only a 1min timer because it did not sound like a simple combat art to pull off, what with the need to get aggro and the risk of a few seconds FD. With the new fix however, Ruse basically became just a 60secs reuse attack with a mere front-side requirement, but with damage that rivals our <u>stealth-required</u>,<b> <u>300sec reuse</u> </b>Assassin's Blade line of attacks.So my burning question is: Why do our combat arts, which have similar damage range but more requirements to activate, still have further restrictions like an entire 300second reuse timer? (even more ridiculous, the 3600second timer for assassinate) Or perhaps asked from a different perspective: Why do our combat arts, which have more requirements to activate as well as higher restrictions like an entire 300second reuse timer, have the same damage range? <P>I agree.</P> <P>SOE needs to reduce our combat art timers by alot.</P> <P>From the first time I saw ruse damage.. I was like [expletive ninja'd by Faarbot]... thats higher than my stealth attack damage. I asked the guy what the refresh on it was and almost fell off my chair. :smileyindifferent:</P> <P>I love my assassin and won't stop playing her but I would like to be the best front loader of melee damage.</P>

Assassin's Mark is our "ruse", even if someone else usually gets the credit for the damage... at least they're getting the agro for it too. Mark usually hits for around 300 on contact and another 1k or more in DoT damage after. <div></div>

<P>just great! they have just messed around with ruse again and now we have another whining ASSassin about it</P> <P>read back a little, you will find a lot of posts about the same topic, no need to start new ones</P>
