<DIV>I have read a couple of people state that good food determines power regen. Usually I dont have power problems at all, but I can see in the future where its going to start getting tight. How does food affect your ability to regain your power? And also, how do you determine what food is equivalent to your level? I usually am choking down filtered water and beef jerky on my character. How much coin should we be spending on food at certain levels?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thanks.</DIV>

We had the same topic on our server forum and i found a link to another thread there which has some food, drink stats.http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/board/message?board.id=a3&message.id=122&highlight=food+ health#M122 (and i still didn't figure out on this forum how to make a clicky sorry<img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />)anyway which is best for you. Depends on how much money you have.. and your style of playing. If you often find yourself out of health, power for a longer while and you dont want to rest then you should get better food, drink.for a big raid, instance where you wont have much time to rest i would get the best you can get also.

<DIV>Yeah, after posting this I went over to the provisioners forum under the tradeskills area. They have a lot of numbers posted for various things, but in general, they are as frustrated as we are as regards to food/drink and its effectiveness. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>About the best item of information that I got is look for tier 2 or tier 3 made food items for the best regen possible.</DIV>

<DIV>only info I ever found was food regens health and drink regens power - never checked into it though</DIV>
