Anyone can. Your spell now has a niftier graphic when you cast it. Your group Wards might be fixed.  (they have said this was fixed already)

<P></P>Banditman..did they say if they fixed the emergency group ward with the 15 min recast timer?  Forgot what its called but I guess you guys said it wasnt warding for even 1 point?

Wards of the Eidolon. I've not heard it specifically mentioned.
