The Guild Hall Prophet costs 1p 100 000 sp to buy and 2p 100 000 sp to upkeep, seems like a bug to me. Should be 2g 5000 sp to maintain to be on par with others with the same cost.Didn't expect the NPC to sell altars tbh. Guild level 94 prerequisite is a bit harsh imo.

Didn't see the chronomage amenity.

(bought standard bearer and prophet for HoT hall in Gorowyn)

Gninja 10-23-2012 02:59 AM

Will check on the Chronomage amenity.

Will double check pricing.

There appears to be an issue with the altars where only the person who places it can use it. I will also be looking into fixing this.

Gninja bro. We need stronger training dummies. Even if it means having to guild level to get them, please. These die in like, 10 seconds for our DPS classes. No way to test new abilities to their fullest without a dummy that can live long enough.

Give them like, 10x as much HP at least.

Also if it could be a mob with no buff packages or anything that auto attacks for a modifiable 100 every second, that would make testing even easier.

Solo, heroic and epic.

Maergoth 10-23-2012 03:04 PM

Oh REALLY?

I meant the epic dummies die in 10 seconds. We need stronger ones.

Shotneedle 10-23-2012 10:06 PM

Lol'd. Yeah. Can we get a dummy with 100 or 1000x the hp of the current epic dummy. And an encounter of 8 with the same.

Gninja wrote:

Will check on the Chronomage amenity.

Now that sounds interesting! What's needed for that?

Whilhelmina 10-24-2012 10:16 AM

Another note: the standards said in the merchant window that they needed a 95 to 100 guild to be available for purchase. Why this "guild between 95 and 100" part? If guild happens to have cap raised to 105 in the future, you'll have to run backwards through those items to make them available again to guilds 100+. Better get it straight now than having to find the problem in a couple of years.

(but I don't mean to speak for them of course)

For example, if I am doing ~500k on an Epic dummy it dies in about 25 sec. If I am trying to work on my rotation on a single target fight it makes it very difficult because I have to throw up multiple dummies and swap between them in order to continue the fight, and that just increases variability between the parses.

Most dps in Equilibrium or Revelations or whatever top guild are doing substantially more than I am, so I would imagine that they have an even more difficult time because the dummies just die too quickly, and you can't apply debuffs etc because they are dead before you have time to go through your regular rotation you would use on a named fight.

If the devs would just add a lvl 100 dummy that had somewhere around 250-500 million hp it would be good for solo, but would still not really be enough for a group to practice on. Really though, I don't think that is as much of an issue though, as it would just be really nice to get something for solo practice, and I don't see many groups wanting to take the time outside of raid to work on rotation, etc. (would be nice, and maybe it's just me, but I don't see that happening). Preferably, they could create a dummy that had a modifiable amount of hp, but that's likely a pipe dream because I am not sure they would want to take the time to code that.

Looks like Omougi is hooking you guys up with some cooler dummy options. Stay tuned

I still haven't figured out why the chronomage amenity is not showing up. But I am working on it.

The Deity Altars should now be usable by anyone if its placed in a guildhall not just the person who placed it.

For lower level guilds we have to leave the guild hall just to check our mail. Seriously, who is going to waste an amenity slot on a mailbox? Gninja.... hint hint, hudge nudge!

Whilhelmina 10-25-2012 04:18 PM

Chronomage made it. It's requiring a level 92 guild and asking for the same buggy prices as the prophet.

Prophet could be bought at 90 but altars need 94 to 100 so I'm confused. Shouldn't the ability by itself require the 94 level?

Saninya 10-28-2012 11:30 AM

Any chance in getting a Reforger for the Guild hall as well It would be Great for us folks that are on a PvP server for sure

Gninja 10-28-2012 02:09 PM

Yes, the amenities themselves should be predicated. Chronomage at 92 and Prophet at 94. I had to get a code request to make the prophet work so I just need to hook it up sometime today. The new standards should not be buyable until 95.

Gninja 10-28-2012 02:09 PM

Sorry, we have no plans of moving the reforger to the guildhalls at this time.

Saninya 10-28-2012 09:03 PM

Ok is there anyway we can move them to a non-pvp zone then ? it's really a pain in the a$$ when we try and reforge and have money on us and we die .

macStuibhart 11-09-2012 05:32 PM

Can't you just use an item slot to put one in that you buy for status or do we have to use the amenity one?

Whilhelmina 11-10-2012 12:19 PM

The prices on the chronomage and prophet are still off rent-wise.

Daryx 11-12-2012 07:18 PM

Why are the new amenities restricted based on guild level? The only restriction we've got now is for the decorations. The other types are all based on whether or not you have space and can afford it. I don't see any difference between us currently being able to have different writ amenities (adventuring and two tradeskilll) for example and the new chronomage amenity. What gives?
