Tower Shields... ?

<div></div>After checking out the kite shield sticky and reading some other posts here, it seems like we aren't supposed to be able to use tower shields.<p>I'm still pretty low level, but i've bought some tower shields from vendors that I can use.</p><p>My question is, has this changed at some point to let us use tower shields? or is it just the lower level ones we can use and later on at higher levels I'll just be using a Kite shield?</p>

I've seen "usable" tower shields lately as well.  I didn't actually try to use any (other people won the drops), so I don't know if it was a display bug or something.<div></div>

well for the first year or so the game was out, we could only use Kite Shields, but they recently made a change to allow us to use Tower shields as well, and they had to go through allll the existing shields in the game and change them so crusaders can use them, they may have missed a few in the lower levels, as I remember finding a few warrior only tower shields as I was leveling an alt recently, but for the most part, all tower shields should be usable by crusaders as well, there is no real lvl requirement, you'll just have more access to tower shields as you get higher lvl though perhaps... <div></div>

Are the rare wood imbued tower shields usable now?I sent stuff to guildmate for imbued fir but didnt specify tower or kite.

I meant to give rares to people pre LU and forgot.T3 is steel btw.Looking on broker for tower...this stuff is all crap. I don't have steel cluster either.
