Not really. You can go to http://eq2.ogaming.com/db/ and check out the beastiary for each zone. Based on MOB lvl you can get an idea of what to expect in each zone. A quick break down though:

T2 - Antoninca / Commonlands

T3 - Thundering Steppes / Nek Forest

T4 - Zek / Enchanted Lands

T5 - Ferrott / Everfrost / Rivervale / Lavastorm

T6 - Sinking Sands / Pillars of Flame / Clefts of Rujark

Most dungeons and instanced zones off of each of these zones will usually be of the same tier, and are the best place for loot and xp at that tier. All T1 content is reached through your home city. Didn't list these zones since you usually only spend about 10 minutes in one before you out lvl it.

Edit: Silly me forgot to add T6 in OP.

Message Edited by kdg68b on 01-30-200611:49 AM

Problem with that list is range. Like Feerott starts at about 37-38, and only goes to about 45ish (if that high). Everfrost and Lavastorm are about 43ish and up, though Lavastorm is basically group-only, as is MUCH of Everfrost. And Stormhold (off of a T2 zone) is basically 16-25, depending on how deep you are (maybe even higher). And SS is 46(ish) to 54(ish). Clefts is 51 to... 57? Some group, some solo in Clefts. PoF basically STARTS at 53/54, and goes to 60 for some.So you have to be somewhat careful of the barriers. They're hardly set in stone, and are NOT strictly teir-based, even if their tradeskill harvests are. And dungeons add another full wrinkle to the mix.
