This may be a dumb question but how do you get Doomed Judgement? I am level 36 Pali and i don't have it. I thought you got it at 35. Is there a quest or something I need to do? <div></div>

it was added with Bloodlines Chronicles ... it's crafted-only, so you have to find an alchemist and have him make you either the Appr4 or Adept3 ... as far as i know, there is no Adept1 version of it ... <div></div>

You can also buy the App II version of it from the Bloodlines merchants in Nek Forest after you gain faction with them, but it's not a very good purchase.
