The description says that if the target dies while pestilence is active on it, then it carries over to two other enemies nearby. I have yet to see it carry over to another target.</p>

I have yet to see it carry over to another target.</p><hr></blockquote>The ability is now a single target.  If pestilence is still active upon the mobs death it spreads to 2 nearby targets (THE RANGE IS TINY!)  The mobs essentually need to be stacked on each other.
