What are/is the level 19 sk spells now?

My spell list does not have level 19 spells listed, can someone post it real quick with a description?  Thanks.  Also where can you go in Freeport to buy plate armor sub level 20 now that we can wear it?<div></div>

Heh, naturally the good questions go unanswered while: which cheese? Havarti or limberger? Gets 4 pages.Also, since SOE hasn't deemed it worthy of their time investment to list the new spells, and none are listed on the 'net yet - its nearly impossible to pick a class for an alt these days.<div></div>
