Solo:<br />1. The twin fight the one stays perched on the branch outside the green triangle, I jousted to him since he would not come down and died due to being outside the triangle. Was able to kill after rez from merc.<br /> <br />2. Everything is dead and I can't get the last named.

Killed every mob in the zone. Found Talon's Edge location. Nothing alive in the zone except myself and mercenary. Nothing to click or trigger. only 14/19 updates for Elements of Destruction: Gusts of Order Signature quest.

Mobs with quest drops in this zone is not flagged as shared like in previous zone for signature. Ephemeral gust. Makes it very hard for duoing also since it is less drops in one clearing than the 19 needed.

Ok, well played - had to go back to my elementary school art class for this one. The issue was not messages, they were extremely hard to identify. Now that I know where they are it won't be an issue ever again. I had to leave so I did not finish the zone, but the mob after the rainbow was fun, just concerned on heroic how crowded that place will be.<br /> <br />Bigger concern for me is the twin mobs - is the one supposed to stay on the branch outside the triangle?

Solo - Up the drop rate on the Gusts or make them auto update for both. If you go in with a friend you have to do it twice. Not enough drop for one.<br /> <br />Check that - we did not even get enough for one of us. only 18-19.

Finally had to just restart the encounter drop in from above, kill the one on the branch while deathsaving thru the damage, then drop into the triangle. Doesn't seem intended, but not a lot of options for those of us without pets or spells that can't be cast past 35.

So those little circles on the ground for the rainbow connection (thank you Kermit) are really hard to see. I ran by them probably 5 times before I gave up and went to wiki for waypoints. Need to put sparkles or something on them.

Also need to up the drop rate on the eph gusts. I cleared all the trash in the zone and ended at 10/19. Shouldn't need to do this zone more than 1 time for the sig line.

Making them 1 per person per drop like the Fire zone would also be much appreciated. Ran it duo and got 4/19 and 6/19.

Also, the named Prosperion (I think - guy with the little tornados after the Rainbow Connection). The power drain on this tornados is a bit excessive and honestly ...why? I mean Knockbacks and Powerdrains on a mob you can't even dps for awhile? Not great.<br /> <br />On another note, probably need a clue about running the tornados into the trapped person. I just stumbled into it the first time through. Should be a bit more clear as to how to break her free.

Oh and the two ranged birds. The one just hangs out up top out of range. I killed it on a defiler so plenty of ranged. Not sure how my assassin will kill that guy up there.

Ran it just now and only got 10/19 ephemeral gusts. Ran through the zone again with track up to make sure I didn't miss anything and didn't see any more.

same here, ended up 17/19 and just the last named and me in zone (spent 30 minutes running around and tracking, and tracking there is a story of its own without the wisp trail ...)<br />decided to kill last named, no second portal obviously, just to myrist<br />another 15 minutes tracking, found 1 more more mob flying high, he dropped one - gave up at 18/19 ... /sigh

I had to reset the zone and repeat it to get 19 gusts. (Posted in quest feedback.) The drop rate is too low!

The teleporter at the end of the rainbow bridge can be very hard to see.<br />The little white teleporter gets lost in the particle effects of the flatform.

It took me a while to figure out how to use the teleporter because it was hard to see the wee thing over the platform. This is especially confusing because some teleports are click on the platform with no distinct teleport bit.

Yes, agreed about the Rainbow Spectral Generators. They are very difficult to see, and in fact, I ran past them many times before I found them.<br /> <br />Suggestion: A little poof above them or something to make them noticeable above the foliage would be excellent.

Next update will have a rainbow spotlight on the area where the Spectrum Generators are (once all of them are visible) and the portal on the other side of the rainbow will use a different appearance to be more visible.

As everyone else is saying, need ALOT more body drops for the sig line, this is my 2nd toon thru it, and still this is the only zone with a dual run through due to not enough drops.

That or flag the smaller parrots and spiders for the drops as well, that should help possibly.<br />I got 8/19 my last run.

so my guildmate is in this zone, and got the message for the Rainbow portal generators. Someone has stated that they don't all show until all the elemental wind mobs are down. if this is correct, then suggestion, change the timing of the message to not appear until enough have been cleared.

It's just there to point folks in the right direction. It also displays the color order in the message. A rainbow spotlight appears at the location of the generators after defeating all of the wilder encounters. I do not plan on adding more clues than this.

Quest: Elements of Destruction, Gusts of Order<br /> <br />I have just finished killing Sterej Swiftwing, evidently the strats changed since I was in here last. The eggs do not wiggle anymore he has adds instead (Ii liked the eggs <img src="/images/smilies/frown.gif" alt="Frown" /> . The notes have been removed, it looks as if he takes no damage while the adds are up and im guessing if you don't kill them fast enough he heals? Anyways, It took me forever to kill him. While I am by no means the strongest of toons I've managed to make my way through but this fight took me forever, really. He is way, too hard compared to all the other names in all the other zones. He needs to be fixed. <img src="/images/smilies/eek.gif" alt="Eek" />

The eggs are spread out over a arhe area, one uphill of the other, so maybe you just missed the one that was moving?

This will be fixed with the next update. Attacking Sterek will force the eggs to spawn in their nests.

A few things I believe may be buggy in this zone.<br /> <br /><a href="http://eq2.wikia.com/wiki/Sterek_Swiftwind?action=edit&redlink=1" target="_blank" class="externalLink" rel="nofollow">Sterek Swiftwind</a> took me 62 minutes to beat. I engaged in the first part of the area he is in and only got one egg emote. I missed it and never got another one so the egg buff he had stayed the whole time.<br /> <br />Also, I have pretty much cleared the zone and only received 10 of the <a href="http://eq2.wikia.com/wiki/Ephemeral_gusts?action=edit&redlink=1" target="_blank" class="externalLink" rel="nofollow">ephemeral gusts</a>. Thinking it shouldn't take multiple runs of a solo zone to beat this quest, but I could be wrong.<br /> <br />Thanks.

Just finished running this zone for the questline. When I got to Sterej, he only emoted once about the eggs and only two of them ever wiggled. I kept checking the others and not a peep from them. Additionally, when I finally killed him, the portal back to the library did not spawn.

Regarding the portal - found the bug, so will get that fixed. Thanks!

I didn't kill him that fast. From about 60% or so, he had the buff on that reduced damage and no more eggs wiggled and no emote about them.

I only got 15/19 for sig line quets update from here will have to run it a second time , was in solo version. Also fighting Sterek took forever compared to the rest of the zone, his buff seemed to stay most of the fight. Only had the egg emote once, broke it and never happened again.

IF you miss an egg he seems to get his large DR Get the eggs and it is alot easyer. Just did it again and was still not able to get enough parts in one run. The other zones are fine

Did the signature line a second time, this time grouped with a friend. I noticed we seemed to get quest bits from chests which helped. After we had killed the last named, we were at 17/19. Fortunately we found some wandering long range dudes near the zone in and were lucky enough to get the last 2 we needed. If you prefer not to up the drop rate on the quest bits, maybe just have a few of the mobs with the quest items respawn til the quest items are at 19/19.

Heroic<br /> <br />Beaknik - Power drain on this mob seems very large, whole group out of power constantly a few moments after the fight starts. Not sure if the heroic version should have a worm appear as in the solo to harvest on getting the "Beaknik's hungry" text but none visible to harvest.

<b><span style="text-decoration: underline">Zone:</span> Eryslai: The Midnight Aerie [Solo]</b><br />I'm on Sigrdifa, my fairly low DPS paladin. With Fount of Power, she has Resolve 1270, Potency 115K, ~300-350M DPS. She is accompanied by her healer merc Kenny. Both are fully geared up using Mastercrafted/refined gear.<br /> <br /><i><b>(1) Beaknik:</b></i> If I'm right, Beaknik summons more adds each time he emotes "Birds of a feather, flock together". The first time, I got one "the Beak Generation". I killed it and switched back to Beaknik, then he called TWO Beak Generations. I just stayed on Beaknik after that, but I can imagine that someone with less DPS than me might find this a little tough, if they get overwhelmed by successive waves of increasing numbers of adds. I'd like to hear from some healers trying this fight.<br /> <br /><i><b>(2) Velos Skywing and Aelero Skywing:</b></i> They died with no problems. I tried several ways, but I was never able to interrupt either name's port, so if you're supposed to be able to, I couldn't do it. I just ended up chasing Aelero down after each port.<br /> <br /><i><b>(3) Xochéntula:</b></i> The high-ASCII "é" is not displaying properly in the threatlist. As a paladin, I have a number of ways to clear detriments. I have my healer merc curing some. Together, we threw 27 cures in a 4 min 20 sec fight. I used potions, <i>Zealous Smite</i>, <i>Castigate V</i>, and <i>Cure Spells</i>. Also, being a paladin, I have blue AOEs out the wazoo, and I used them extensively. Again, I'd like to hear from some healers trying this fight. <span style="color: #0000ff"><b>PROBLEM: I'm concerned that someone without as many ways to cure, relying on potions and lacking much in the way of AOEs may have real trouble with this fight. This may need some adjustment.</b></span><br /> <br /><i><b>(4) Prosperon the Tempest:</b></i> Love the rainbow bridge. This if a fun fight is you can kite and still do damage from a distance. I don't think a healer merc is much help with this one... I had to <i>Lay on Hands</i> for Kenny once because he was getting beat up. In my tank armor, I wasn't taking much damage, because I was well geared, shooting my bow, and constantly moving. For some people, learning to kite, start a big Ascension, then time hitting a yellow globe at just the right time may require more coordination and brain cells than I typically have before coffee. I haven't seen many people complaining about this fight, so maybe everyone is getting it just fine. <span style="color: #0000ff"><b>PROBLEM: The exit portal is way too small and hard to see.</b></span><br /> <br /><i><b>(5) Sterek Swiftwind:</b></i> Fun fight.<br /> <br /><span style="color: #0000ff"><b>SUMMARY:</b> <b>Xochéntula's add's trauma casting may need to be tweaked. The exit from Prosperon's Void Zone needs to be bigger and easier to see.</b></span><br /> <br /><span style="color: #0000ff"><b>Ephemeral Gusts for <i>Elements of Destruction: Gusts of Order</i> need to drop off EVERYTHING in the zone. I am 15/19 for the zone. Add them to the spiders and budgies already, please, please!</b></span>

He does gain some offensive stats from this in solo, but I didn't want to go overboard with it, as it may be too much for some classes to handle.

On the add spawning message we get the 100% power drain start. Use a regen item, cast 1 spell drain ticks again back to 0 power and repeat. As the adds do not spawn near beatnick and can take a while to get to the fight this goes on for a while.

Just ran this zone for sig (Gusts of Order) and only got 17/19 gusts. Reset and am running whole thing again for last two.

Heroic<br /> <br />Still struggling in heroic version of midnight aerie, this time on Xochentula. The issues we are having start from 50% when it starts casting Burning Spirit. The damage from this effect is high enough that people need to be at the maximum range damage band (over 25m) to survive consistently.<br /> <br />We are managing to deal with avoiding Spell Sray landing on the group whilst at that range from the main mob, however it all falls apart when the adds spawn and start taunting everyone to them. When this is going on, the main mob will memwipe to someone in the group and the tank is unable to stop it from moving due to being forced target on an add which is still traveling towards them. At this point we all die to the next pulse from Burning Spirit.<br /> <br />Possible mitigating changes could be a reduction in the frequency of the forced target applying to give the tank some time to control the main named or a lowering of the pulsing damage from Burning Spirit so if the main mob gets loose it is not always instant death.

Just ran this zone twice to get the ephemeral gust becaues you guys have not put enough mobs in the zones to actually get 19/19 on 1 run through. It is absolutely ridiculous that you guys still haven't fixed this and you should feel ashamed to release this on live servers. Dragging out quests and zones doesn't mean more content. A fix would just be to make the prismatic recluse spiders drop them as well and there would be more than enough drops.
