<DIV>I started my SK quest today, got to the Serpent Sewer and (with the help of a lvl 23 friend) made it to the instance with no problems.  However, once I got in the instance it was a different story.  I pull the initial mob (who are green con V V) and begin combat.  Using Cry of Conviction, Assault and Heroic Opportunities until the first of four die, which is quick.  Once the first Dervish dies, the Kingpin calls for covering his escape.  At which point I have to aggro him.  Aggroing him aggros the 2 support troops...Now I have the Kingpin, 2 support troops and 3 dervs all on me at once, which is where it goes bad.  I usually get hammered and have to retreat back to the sewer.  Upon aggroing the Kingpin, I concentrate on him until he drops, but by then, I'm down to at least orange in my Health Bar.  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Any combat tips?</DIV>

<DIV>what i did was went after the green mobs killed them, then blue.  Then i found out kingpin was gone. Exited, came back in, then got close enuff to kingpin to taunt him. 3 blues rushed me killed the kingpin then the other 2, then the greens.  Try demostraion of faith before or after you taunt save taking some initial dmg. I found it quite easy (as long as you go after kingpin first)</DIV>

<DIV>Yep, definitely do the blue mobs first. You can actually sneak over to the left and it's easier to pull them without agro'ing the greens.</DIV>

It's been a while since I did this, but usually how these work is that only the guy you need to kill is actually agro... I remember just pulling the main guy for the quest and leaving everything else alone.

Pull the Kingpin first using your Righteous Anger spell (which I think you get a bit before 1<img src="/smilies/b2eb59423fbf5fa39342041237025880.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />. Use it at max range and you'll never get within aggro range of the others.Kill the Kingpin first, then polish off the rest for bonus experience.
