<DIV>Ever since i got this spell i havent been able to determine if "Blessed weapon" and "Grim Harbinger" actually work together. I know i can have both up at the same time with spending the conc to do so, but if i have Grim Harbinger up everytime my weapon procs it says "Such and such was hit with Grim Harbinger for XXX amount."</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I have never seen the Blessed weapon proc if i have Grim Harbinger up.....if i take Grim Harbinger off my BLessed weapon still fires.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Maybe i am just getting unlucky ? I just assumed having both up would give me a better chance to have a weapon proc go off.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Anyone with hard fact let me know please?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Syl</DIV>

They work together. I have seen both proc if both were up concurrently. However, I'm not sure of one thing. I don't seem to be seeing double the number of procs, even though it was rare to begin with. Is anyone noticing more procs if they have both up?

<DIV>I would assume that, like in EQ1, they're on the same random event handler where it's either one or the other, but not both. So, having two possible procs doesn't necessarily mean that you now have double the chance to proc. I could, however, be wrong.</DIV>

That's too bad. If I'm going to be wasting an extra concentration on it, I'd like the extra chance. Heh. Well, I'm gonna do some research, see if I can't come up with some statistics.

I have also never seen both proc when both are up and i've played or 6 hours straight and searched the logs and not seen one blessed weapon, but quite a few harbingers. I'd be hard pressed to beleive that both work at this point. I'll try a bit again tonight and see.

<DIV>As it was with my scout and poisons...I think that it will work here the same.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>You can have as many procs up as you want...but I THINK.....I stree think cause I cant prove it...Anyway, when a chance for a proc goes off...I think it just rolls for which one will go off with multiple proc buffs on you.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>In other words...I dont think it increases your chances to proc AT ALL...just gives you the option of divine or disease damage...and guessing from the level difference...I think that the disease one will probably be stronger.</DIV>

<DIV>As far as I can tell, I can only ever have one of them "firing" at a time.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I can't really experiment any more though.. not enough concentration to use both.  [expletive ninja'd by Faarbot] intervene and knight's stance :></DIV>

<DIV>How much damage is Grim Harbringer actually doing for you guys (at what level)? I just got it last night, but havent played with it too much, but at level 25 with Blessed Weapon Adept 1 I was doiong about 65 damage.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I am trying to figure out if I can get away with not upgrading harbringer for a few levels (tight on cash) so I could better upgrade others arts and spells.</DIV><p>Message Edited by Aion on <span class=date_text>12-21-2004</span> <span class=time_text>12:49 PM</span>

<DIV>I have seen both hit at different times... if they can hit both at the same time, i have not seen it yet.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>i just think its funny that my wep can be both Blessed and Cursed at the same time :p</DIV>

<DIV>Maybe its a bug and not working as intended, i realize that this is not EQ1 but i know coming from playing a ranger there that i had multi proc's that would stack and i would proc different stuff all over the place.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Maybe the fact is that its bugged, i really wish we could get a dev comment on this particular issue, if its a bug then it needs to be /bugged</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>But if its intended then we shouldnt be able to stack them and waste the concentration, i mean i know there are other spells i have that if someone else in the group has a higher level version if i try to cast it it says "This effect will not take hold"</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>If Blessed weapon and Grim harbinger are not supposed to stack then please take away the ability to have them both up at the same time and waste conc.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Syl</DIV>

<DIV>When I did my own short time testing, with both BW and GH up in that order only BW would proc.  When I had GH then BW only GH would proc.  As far as damage goes, my App1  GH was doing the same amount of damage as my AD1 BW, so to save myself concentration, I just use GH as I have since upgraded it to AD1.</DIV>
