Not only does it do a <b>massive</b> 6-8 damage, but you're also <b>healed</b> for that nearly game breaking amount! Woo!So far as I can tell.

<DIV>Fighting chance = chance to <STRONG>regain life </STRONG>on cast</DIV> <DIV>Decree of Decay = chance to <STRONG>regain life </STRONG>on cast (when struck by opponent)</DIV> <DIV>Faithful Swing = <STRONG>regain life </STRONG>on cast</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>In other words, a single HO using that combo could restore (depending on the level of your skills; i.e. App III, Adept, etc) up to roughly 60 HP in about 2 secs, and can be repeated every 30 seconds.  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>As we know, SK's don't put out alot of damage, but rather we stand strong and wear out opponent down over time.  In a 2 minute long battle, thats an additional 240 HP restored.  I use that regularly, and the chance to score HO Armor from using HO's repeatidly brings my AC up 1940.  Given that I complete 5 or 6 HO's in a single tough battle, fairly good chance of getting that rare HO.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>EQII, especially being a Shadowknight, is not about how fast you can mash your keys, but using proper tactics.</DIV>
