<DIV>Ok i have a couple questions reguarding sk... some things i cant find an answer for. Im lvl 24 sk.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>1. Sometimes when im out pulling, if a creature hits me I get marked... no idea what this does.. anyone?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>2. I noticed today I had 2 buffs on i dont have spells for, and i was solo at the time... one was Grim presence, and the other i forget atm... touch of the something i think... when i examine them, it didnt say anything about the buff, but i could cancel em... any ideas?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>3. Ive noticed sometimes in battle Ive had random effects happen that i cant get to repeat when i want to... like one I do a spell, the spell dont seem to matter... thought it be cry of conviction but who knows... and i get these purple shadows to pop out of the ground for a second or 2.</DIV>

Completing successful combat chains (you know, that wheel you get when you hit a certain Combat Art or spell, depending on your character), can give you effects like extra damage, buffs, spells, etc.So these "extra buffs" are probably from them. I was duoing with a sorcerer last evening, and we were getting this "cat buff" (a bright flash and a ghostly cat animation) on us all the time when she completed chains (I just did extra damage like usual <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> ).

You get one solo HO that adds a 2 minute defence buff. The HOs seem pretty random about what it is in the end. I have done the same 2 move HOs..and ended up with 4 different outcomes...randomly.

<DIV>Yeah I know it wasn't from ho's... ah well I finally died and the buffs left... but they were 12 hour buffs... something that I dont think a ho can do.</DIV>
