They better be! We lost some % in base avoidance and would be cool to get some mitigaiton % boost to compensate..

One of the Bruisers from beta testing said that he felt a bit weaker afterwards, but in the end it was not not a big deal. He said he could kill the same mobs as b4 but maybe was a bit tougher to kill them now.<p>Message Edited by Pnaxx on <span class=date_text>11-09-2006</span> <span class=time_text>01:55 PM</span>

<DIV> <DIV>Yes, we get hit more. We just dont' get hit as hard as we used to, it take 2 hits from an epic to kill us now. :smileyindifferent:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>You will notice the difference taking on yellow arrow up solo's they are a little harder than before. White/Yellow Heroics....well without heals we die pretty quick just like everyone else.</DIV></DIV>

In mostly fabled armor, I have more mit self-buffed in beta than I do on live, but not by a huge amount, and not including temporary buffs like Spirit and Skin.  I haven't checked, but I'm sure my mit with Skin is probably a bit lower because of the diminishing returns, and obviously Spirit is worth a lot less now. There are some other changes to Bruisers besides the changes to Spirit and Skin.  For instance, Crane Flock can now hit more than 3 targets.  I haven't figured out exactly how many, but it's a good bit, I'm pretty sure I've hit as many as 6.  I think Crane Sweep might have changed a bit too, but I haven't looked real close.  Our DPS buff is now a few percent better on an unbuffed target - at M1 it's worth 25 points of DPS now, and points are worth more than one percent up to around 65 or so.<div></div>

I refuse to post anything constructive, because you were too lazy to tack "iser" to the end of "bru".

Actually, with our defensive stance, it goes like this: The better the armor, the more mitigation your stance will give you.

I find that in Beta I average about 5% in total mit than I do in live (for instance 40% in live but 45% in beta). Avoidance took a much bigger hit thought, in live I could stand around 73% with ease in defensive stance wearing dps gear. But in beta I struggle to push 65% outta all that. The sucky thing about that is that a guardian/zerker can easily get to 56% and thats using a buckler =/ As far as dps goes we really didnt take much of a hit, the mobs that are yellow+ however got beefed up to hit harder. All in all if you stare at the numbers you will get the feeling that we got nerfed, however when I play in Beta I dont get that feeling at all. A lot of things have changed slightly but really the game still plays/feels the same to me.<div></div>
