Weapons Upgrade

How often do you upgrade your weapons and armor?  Being new I have waited to upgrade about 7-10 lvls or so before upgrading trying to get weapons with 20% or more to dps w/o loosing other bonuses that they have with power/stam/str/etc..Any advice?<div></div>

Generally you can have some nice weapons made at every level x2 (22,32,42 etc) those are mastercrafted<div></div>

work on harvesting skills. mining, gathering, foresting, and trapping will bring in good money. there are several instances you can also harvest in like zarvonn's tower in commonlands. can zone back and forth to re-populate the zone and the same with cove of decay if you have access. they are tier3 and tier4 harvest zones. get your skill up to 90ish and get working on zarvonn's tower for easy money. its also easy to equip your character by doing that.<div></div>
