Yes. It was way too strong with certain equipment configurations that boosted its damage far beyond intended and needed to be nerfed. The offending bug is fixed on beta, but in the process it was broken to comparative uselessness. As referenced in <a href="https://forums.daybreakgames.com/eq2/index.php?threads/scout-feedback-and-bugs.564481/page-9#post-6276893" class="internalLink">my other post</a>, hemotoxin completely stops scaling after approximately 1.2k crit bonus or potency.<br /><img src="http://i.imgur.com/ZAVPtHB.png" class="bbCodeImage LbImage" alt="[IMG]" /><br />(Explanation of how I calculated the multiplier can be seen in the above linked thread.)<br /> <br />If this lack of scaling is intentional, it was poorly handled and much too harsh. Caustic poison, on the other hand, was unaffected by the "fix", and subsequent breakage.<br /> <br /><img src="http://i.imgur.com/QGCWgTe.png" class="bbCodeImage LbImage" alt="[IMG]" /><br /> <br /> <br />The point of all this is to ask: <span style="text-decoration: underline">Devs, is this intentional or not?</span> Can we consider this a bug or a nerf? I and several others would appreciate a statement of finality so we may stop the speculation.
