<DIV>I find its very easy to tell when a feign works and when it dont.  When it does, My buffs Drop.  Drop Like a 25 silver courtesian for a gold piece.  Now the getting up and moving on part has become tricky, Even when returning to their spawn points and being severely far away Ive had mobs jump back up and come back after me.  I think that may be due to an agroed roamer.  the trick is...it will tell you in your chat box when something is no longer aggroed on you.  when all the mobs are accounted for.  Its safe to get up.  Well, relitively speaking.  I mean if your feigned at the feet of an aggro mob, you might want to get ready to run.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Also...there seems to be an issue with eating and drinking while feigned.  It takes the food but like normal but ....you get no food/drink buff.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>But I dont need a value to tell me if worked or not,  Proof is in the pudding.  Think of it as a chance to evade death, not a guarantee.  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Anyway, never used that command your talking about, never saw the need.  But good luck on your endevors.</DIV>

Not really that big a deal. It was far too dull having a mgs to display a numeric number on wether feign was successfull or not. Bit too much handholding if you ask me. <div></div>

Here's what I'd suggest: FD, then look at the con over the NPC's head. If it's still red, it's gonna beat you as you lie there. <div></div>

Only one question... How is your character suddenly going to know what the mobs FD value is? IMO you should not know the effectiveness of your FD till you see the mobs response to it <div></div>

So you make a good case for knowing YOUR rolled score... but not for knowing what the enemy's feign value is. Even in D&D you don't know your opponent's exact values... that's always hidden.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>For the most part, we already know our value (the examine window tells us the range pretty much). We can see our success (lose the buff values). No reasoning I can see to somehow know the values the enemies have. That'd be like knowing the resists of an enemy.. or the exact hitpoint total, or strength score, etc.</DIV>
