lvl 40 armor

<DIV>Anticipating dinging 40 in the next couple days and was wanting to get some advice on armor.  Currently using the Emerald Hide quest armor from Zek.  Is there quest armor I should be looking for at 40 or is crafted the best option?  Keeping in mind I doubt I can afford much in the way of rare crafted.  Imbued yes, but not rare materials.  Any advice is appreciated.  Thanks!</DIV>
