Grinding 35-45

I'm finding it extremely hard to level up between these levels. Where did you go to grind from 35-45?<div></div>

<DIV>From 35-39,40ish Get a group and go to Runnyeye fro 40+ Cazic thule,rivervale,Lavastorm and Everfrost/Permafrost are all good. Solo I can't really help ya bud but grouping is your best bet to level fast</DIV>

Grouping is nearly impossible on Venekor. But I managed to attain 3 levels today 33-36 by both soloing and grouping and going into RE/RV.<div></div>
