Tsunami Cost

<DIV>Ok so here's the thing...I'm a quester/explorer/alt-er and a slow leveller.  I dinged 57 last night with my Monk and am only the 97th Monk on the server to do so in all this time.  There's NOT that many of us.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>That said, there's still only 3 copies of Tsunami on the market as of my shopping last night, all in Qeynos, with zero in Freeport.  The cheapest Adept 1 Tsunami was 1.17p including Broker markup (so rare to see someone selling from home).</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I'm not poor, but paying over 1 plat for a Treasured spell seems really high to me.  Is 9 seconds of riposting so good that I'll never regret paying that much for it, or are the prices on Tsunami really just too high?</DIV>

<DIV>You want adept3 or master, don't pay a plat for an adept1... If there's no cheap pearls or vanadium on your server to get the adept3 made, go harvest one and work it out with an alchemist... and ask them for some potions from the ink byproduct too, there's some really nice potions in tier 6</DIV>

Yup get adept 3.  Cost you close to the same as that also lol.

<DIV>Welp, I ended up spending nearly 2 plat for the Adept 3 last night.  By far, the most I've yet paid for a spell upgrade, including my old (yet still oh so valuable) Master 1 Everburning Fire.  I sure hope the extra 1.5 seconds of riposting is worth it...but I do feel a lot better having shelled out for a Legendary skill than a Treasured one.  Thanks for the advice, all <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Now I need to save up to get Adept 3s of my upcoming Stances...../shiver...</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>
