<div></div>Gaige wrote somewhere that there is no specific "quest" for profession armor, but rather that some cool dropped items (and maybe some quested too) simply have the "profession" looks. At least that's how I understood it.

<div></div><p>It depends on the item.</p><p>The enchanter profession hat drops from the princess bixie on bixie isle, and its legendary.</p><p>The shaman profession hat drops from Exarch in Sanctum and its treasured.</p><p>I've seen a few others, but it just depends.</p><p>Our profession shoulders drop from the Skywatcher ring event at the top of TT waterfall.</p><p>AFAIK no one has found the profession hat for monks yet.</p><p>As for armor and questing.... <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<div>These random armors that drop all over the place are monk only though, right?</div><div> </div><div>Because thats the biggest indicator that it's our class-proffession armor: Only if it's monk only, not brawler or bruiser or fighter or priest or mage or scout... monk only.</div>

The only thing that is subclass specific is the armor quests.

<div></div><p>I have seen brawler only stuff dropping, but not monk only.</p><p>Besides shoulderpads of enlightenment and boots of enlightenment in T6, I haven't seen any monk only stuff.</p><p>I have seen the shaman and enchanter profession hats, and they are not subclass only.</p>

<span><blockquote><hr>Our profession shoulders drop from the Skywatcher ring event at the top of TT waterfall.<hr></blockquote>OK, I will bite: what do our profession shoulders look like? I have been surfing around for a screenshot and haven't found one yet. And I have difficulty imagining how monk shoulders ought to look.... anyone have any pictures?Jen <img src="/smilies/b2eb59423fbf5fa39342041237025880.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></span><div></div>

You've stated that our profession shoulders drop from the skywatcher at the temple of scale... and that they look like the sleeves from the blood drenched gi... The Manacles with Dark Squall proc seem to fit both ot those criteria, although they're not brawler only... Are you perhaps referring to another piece or did some wires get crossed?</div>

<div>They are nice, I'm loving the proc... But I'm holding out hope for something all our own. Well, even if we have to share it with the bruisers.</div><div> </div><div>I may have stumbled on the Druid Profession hat... not sure, It was a warden/fury only headgear from a named queen fairy on the gazer isle, looked like was being hed captive by some gazers... but was only a one arrow solo mob...</div>

<div>Think Blood of the Brood quest is for hats...its a signature quest and the owl mentions hats - although he has yet to show me what the quest reward is.</div><div> </div><div>Last mob is a level 72^^^ dragon named Sothis, so gonna be a bit before I get up enough levels to test him since its single group.</div><div> </div><div> </div>

<div></div>Skywatcher spawns with three groups of 2 63^^ guards. Named becomes attackable only when all three groups of guards have been killed (which, given server populations, leads to serious issues with kill stealing). The encounter seems to be a fairly frequent spawn.

<div></div><p>The Skywatcher ring event doesn't have a trigger, but it does have a respawn timer. It looks to be on the order of 2-3 hours from what I have seen. If you go to the top of the waterfall on the Temple Grounds, there will be some (lvl 63 i think) scalewing mobs standing in the temple if the event is up. In the back is the Skywatcher, who is unattackable until you kill off the other mobs. If not, you simply see a bunch of the storm cell type mobs floating around in the water in front of the temple. If the event is up, you can't miss it.</p>
