   Hi thereI cancelled my EQ2 sub back in June 2005 due to cashflow issues. Now I'm back - and I'm TOTALLY lost! <span>:smileyvery-happy:</span>There's a lot to take in all at once, and I'm kind of thrown. So if I can throw in a few questions here and there, I'd be obliged if you guys can help out <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />Fist vs Weapon - I had my persona window up while I was fiddling with my equipment, and I noticed that when I unequipped my dual wield staveS (Splitpaw Staff of Snarling and prisitne conditioned ash quarterstaff) my attack rating went from 438 to 1000! Even with the stat bonuses, is it really worth equipping weapons now?Defence - last time I played, monks had been hit pretty hard by some changes to the way the game scored hits. Are we still made of paper, or can we tank now with evasion?Probably more later <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /><div></div>

<div></div><p>The attack rating listed in persona window for bare fists is in error, use weapons.</p><p>I'd highly suggest going through the 'New Monk FAQ' listed at the top of this forum. It should answer a lot of your questions and is up to date with all the changes.</p><p> </p><p>Xor - you should add this bare fisted attack rating bug to the FAQ... How quickly do you plan on updating it for the Achievements when they're out?</p><p> </p><p> </p>
