<DIV>This may have been asked before. With me having a defiler as a main I never really worried about health/power regen. My wife and I duo I have a new Berserker and she has a Fury.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>My question is what if any are the caps to health regen.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>With AA (later can get the 100 below 30 one) I can get my regen at lvl29 to around 60 assuming that it is actually at this. So does anyone know if there is a cap on in combat health regen?</DIV> <DIV>Would be easier for us (until later tier mobs) if I get my regen in the high 100 area (with last AA in Preserverance of course) so she can nuke more and heal less. With the regen I have now we have noticed a noticable difference in the amount she has to heal compared to do offensive spells.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thanks in advance.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Also anyone know the cap on in combat power regen?</DIV>

<DIV>Previous to EoF the regen cap was levelx3 and I don't think this changed (could be wrong though). So in your case the cap is 87 right now, or at level 70 it is 210. With a fury in your group you are probably over the regen cap without the benefit of any achievements due to both of your buffs plus the fury one. Sadly, it seems that the +100 regen ability from our achievement line is only useful for soloing :smileysad:</DIV>

<P>Even then it can be useless. I posted a topic on this on Feedback on test in develpment forum. We can get our regen capped no problem with how the AA starts at lvl10. We can essentially get the last one by mid 20s to early 30s. Why is this a problem? Well we can already max the regen with our regular buffs. So my question is why isn't this fixed? The cap should either a.) be lifted b.) be taken away c) Last preserverance line should be maybe 50 regen with a chance to proc a reactive heal.</P> <P> </P> <P>Any thoughts?</P><p>Message Edited by Northern on <span class=date_text>01-08-2007</span> <span class=time_text>10:22 AM</span>

<div></div><div></div>With AA's spent in the Preserverance line and both teir7 HP regen buffs Mastered at level 70, my HP regen is well over the cap whenever the proc from Blood Craze is up, which of course is virtually all the time whenever I'm taking any consistant form of melee damage, and that is without the end ability. So yeah, that makes the last ability in said line completely useless for anyone who bothers to put any AA points in the Preserverance line, which of course is a requirement for getting the end ability to start with. Why would I want to get an end ability that only works when I'm low on health when I can have my HP regen already capped regardless of my health percentage by putting AA points into other abilities in the same line? It makes no sense whatsoever and is a total waste of an end ability. The only time I could see it being of any use at all is when fighting caster mobs that don't do any melee damage and therefore don't cause Blood Craze to proc, are mean enough to get you down below 30% hp, and assuming that you are not grouped with anyone else that has your regen buffed at the time, which would nullify the effect of the spell because of the cap...but I have yet to see a mob in this game that does no melee whatsoever. And even then, you would have to remain below 30% health for a considerable amount of time for the regen to really do anything at all for you, so for example you would have to stay below 30% health for at least 18 seconds just to get 300 points of healing from the spell...there's just no sense in that. I agree if it was changed to an actual HoT instead of just adding on to the normal regen per tick it would be a bit better, but yeah something needs to be done about it because right now it is literally 100% useless. I really wish that SoE would stop shafting Zerkers with this sort of asinine garbage. <div></div><p>Message Edited by infernus006 on <span class=date_text>01-08-2007</span> <span class=time_text>04:50 PM</span>
