Level 18 resist choice on PvP

My zerker just dinged 18 recently on Nagafen and got the choice of resist buffs. Someone recommended mental and said that it would help prevent root, snare, and mez.  I've seen others on the board suggest heat for lower levels and some said poison. I imagine I can't really go wrong with any of those choices, but I was curious if anyone had any other input.One thing to note is that I don't plan on going beyond level 25 since my group of friends wants to stay at that level and do strictly PvP.  I guess it kinda makes my decision a little more important, although 50ish points of any resist isn't that huge of a difference.Thanks in advance.<div></div>

Sorry forgot to mention that I'm on the Qeynos side.  So why disease?  I guess most of the dots I'll encounter are disease based at lower levels?<div></div>

yes most all of the classes that are freeport only are disease based. Dirge, Shadowknight, Defiler, Necro. All have disease based DOTs, debuffs, and nukes. <div></div>
