with proc changes will cobalt be better than RGF?

What that value is I don't know yet.When I get some parsing done I'll have a better idea, but as things stand right now I wouldn't put much weight into procs at all when considering weapons. So yes, I'd probably say given the circumstances as I see them right now, your better off with Cobalts then your RGF. The only exception to this I would see is with Open Wounds. But still, overall, right now I think you'd be better off with Cobalt.</span><div></div>
