<div></div><div>Ok, in LU19 they removed the fact that the snare value got worse if you upgraded the spell... now it doesnt appear that there is ANY snare value what so ever. Last night i was able to turn this on as if it were a buff and leave it on all night. My run speed was not affected. Now ill be the first to admit , this is freaking awesome. Its a pain to have to click it on and off for each fight. But im not so sure that this was intended. Id like to keep it as is, but im curious if this is a bug.
