<DIV>I know its not a major issue (or minor one) but to me, the lvl 40 fluff spell is sad. I'm not particularly found of the bear form (and ever since being told it looks cute when you sit in the bear form, I can't take it serious). Was curious as to what other people thought about the lvl 40 fluff spell and what people would like to see it changed to if the Berserker community had a chance to get it changed. Also, if they ever add new fluff spells, what would fellow zerkers like to see for our class. Best idea I could come up with is maybe both our fists on fire and flames filling our eyes.......just a thought. </DIV>

<DIV>I think a lava golem form of the Guardian skill swould be the most complementing for the beserker perhaps. Same think as a guardian but with lava instead of rock. And our lvl 60 skill would compliment that very well.</DIV>

<DIV>Personally, I think the bear is fine. Sitting down it does look a bit cute, but I mean come on! It's SITTING! Bears don't sit down whenever they get angry! They sit down when they're resting or otherwise comfortable. The attacking bear looks pretty viscious and definately not worth tangoing with. Also, start to cast one of your Calls... standing on hind legs shows just how big the bear form really is. I'm often as tall as or taller than people sitting on their horses.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>If you want "angry bear", just target yourself or others and keep autoattack on. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Besides, bears make sense for berserkers (berserkr = "bear shirt"), lava golems do not.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

<DIV>Aye, I agree berserkers should have bear form. Anyone who has done the smallest amount of research knows berserkers were considered to be either bear or wolf like. Some times they were considered to be able to become either bear or wolf. Another name for berserker was "wolfskin". So ya we need bear and wolf forms <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV>

<DIV><FONT color=#ff9900 size=2>Actually there are some varying opinions on exactly what "berserk" means in old norse. It can also be interpreted to mean</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT color=#ff9900 size=2></FONT> </DIV> <DIV><FONT color=#ff9900 size=2>"*bare-sark," as in "bare of shirt". This is why it gets confusing..bear/bare.</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT color=#ff9900 size=2></FONT> </DIV> <DIV><FONT color=#ff9900 size=2>p.s. If you want to be "angry" just type <U>/mood angry</U></FONT></DIV>

<P>Personally I woudl love it if the fluff spell "blurred" us with fire effect. as in every time we were under beserk our character woudl blurr with the speed and flames come from the weapons. A bear is cool but my 'zerker is just too cute for any sort of illusion <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />.</P>
<P>My Warden friend finds the berserker bear form VERY scary.....</P> <P> </P> <P> </P> <P><IMG src="http://www.secondawn.com/images/upload/bear.jpg"></P>

<DIV>well, at first i thought the same thing, that the bear form sucked, but i bought it anyway, and it ROCKS!!! norse meaning aside, regardless of if it makes sense or not, it still is cool. it has given me hours of entertainment with Ratonga friends...and when i am bored and not xping before bed, when i have nothing to loose but some cash repairing equipment, i will wait for when the guild is on a hunting trip, and while we are waiting for mana the question pops up in group chat...i have to ask..."who would win in a fight? epic nightblood boss or mean bear shooting arrows at him?"...the answer has been up to this date that the bear doesnt ussually win, but i have earned respect from guildies for being able to take enough hits to haul my worthless carcass out of harms way to where i can be rezzed...lol...bear form=goodtimes.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>p.s. bear vs named shark in everfrost fared badly for the bear and my ebon armour as well <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV>
<DIV>IMO i would have loved it if our Lvl 40 fluff was what we get at 50 and our Lvl 50 Fluff was a Nightblood form....... That truly has zerker written all over it </DIV>

While turning into a nightblood might be fun, I have no idea where that would make any sense. Berserkers certainly don't have any other-worldly function or dark arts interest even from a purely in-game standpoint. If looking cool was your choice then pick a class that fills that need, not the other way around <span>:smileytongue:One alternative I can see berserkers going is into were-type creatures, notably bears and wolves although I'd be happy with an effect that drapes us with animal furs (where the animals head forms a sort of helmet) and tattooes/scarring.Obviously this would require some creativity instead of, "well just dye it blue/red/green/etc!" so the chances are slim that we'll see something like that. It would have been nice to have a level 60 entertainment spell however <span>:smileysad:</span></span><div></div>
