Rampage not working?

<DIV>Ok so we went to Poet's the other night and did one of the ring events.  Lot's of these little scarab bugs, so I figure awsome I'll cast Rampage.  It never hits, not once.  Timer goes down and nothing.  So when we made it to the next ring event down the hall (same thing again, scarab things)  I cast it again and nothing!! doesnt hit once!   So I start casting it on all kinds of different mobs and it seems like at least 1/4 of the mobs I cast Rampage on it did nothing. No damage, No proc, Nothing!  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Anyone else notice this?  am i missing something??  </DIV>

Was working for me last night. My guild went into SoTL last night for giggles and I was using it constantly to try and pull agro off the MT, LOL :smileyvery-happy:

<DIV>Try it on named or Ring events to see if it works there,  POF cyclops and giants, harpys it works fine on all those,  but try to do it in an instance, Like Poets, Mesa, Tables on a named.  see if it works for u there.   I cant remember if it says no epics on the description or not.  But named are not all epics, they need to fix this.  and i think it should work on epic encounters also.</DIV>

<P>Rampage only fires when you land hits, and those scarabs probably have pretty good avoidance if you're 57.  Look for parries, blocks, misses, fails to inflict damage, etc.  </P> <P>The only other thing I can think of is that they tend to attack from relatively far away, so perhaps you need to reposition to keep the bugs in Rampage range.</P> <P>najena.konk</P>

I'll bet if you were to look at your logs, you'd see your Rampage is missing the mobs.</span><div></div>

I noticed it on the books on the first floor before...because they stifle. Cant remember the bugs stifling though. I rampaged their little insect faces off last night.

Maybe you had a bad string of misses ? Rampage worked fine for me today during instance runs
