Since LU#9, bugs with concentration?

<DIV>Last night I noticed some bugs with the concentration. When I use some buffs that need concentration slots sometimes it doesn't show up on the concentration bar. It seem the buff is still working but don't use a slot. (exemple: weapon guard, this buff last only 3 min so I cast it often, it supposed to use 1 slot, sometimes it use it, sometimes not)</DIV>

I had some wonkiness with the concentration bar last night.  I cancelled all my buffs and redid them, and then it seemed to work okay for the remained of the night that I could see. <div></div>

<DIV>I noticed this too.  Zoning didn't help.  I couldn't get Focus rage up untill after I was killed once.</DIV>
