Best Two Handers

<DIV>I have always been a fan of duel wield, but after reading some forums its seems to me like I would be better off going with a two hander. As I am not fimilar with two hander weapons, What is the best two hander for eack skill crushing, slashing and peircing. I am currently a level 45 Zerker. Thx in Advance, Oxoo</DIV>

You can get good fabled weapons from master chests, but ofcourse chance to get one is small, and if you have money, you can allways buy imbued ebon 2 hander Also some quests give decent 2 handers, like Heiro Crook and EBBC <div></div>

<DIV>If I were you, I'd go with dual imbued cedar fighting batons. You will get great stats and do more damage than someone with the EBBC.</DIV>

Thanks for the info, but I have read that end game Berzerkers are best going 2 Hander and not duel weild. I am now a little confused as what to spend my plat on. Any other suggestions from others would be greatly appreciated. I would prefer Duel Weild, but really only care about dps. The cosmetics of the game do not really concern me. Thx, Oxoo

Dps of a dw and 2her of the same tier and such are about the same.. but dw get more stats.. I am gonna say your hasted so much in raids as a zerker that the speed of both 2her or dw are too fast to put arts in between so that arguments dead.. lol..Just go dw or 2her.. whichever you can get a better weapon(s) for.

Slower weapons however do more damage with procs even with the huge amounts of haste were capable of. Go 2h imo.</div>

If you are lucky or can afford there seems to be fabled different type of flails/great maces on sale occasionally 55.1 damage rating speed 2.3+ with or without proc. I'd say those are best as far as I know. Then comes EBBC, monsoon, crook, imbued ebon 2h sword/axe etc. So quite many options really. <div></div>

I recommend Monsoon, sword of the swiftwind for 2H slash and Hierophant's Crook for crushing (if you can handle all the "you look like a shepherd comments").  Monsoon is one of the rewards for the Heart of Fear ring event in CT (do it with guildees and get one of them to give you Monsoon, you should choose Blood Fire, the 1 handed reward -- or buy Monsoon off the broker).  The Crook is an easy, but painfully long heritage quest. <div></div>

<P>Im a fan of 2 handers, specially swords.  EBBC and Monsoon are great ones you can get.  Personally im using a Glimmering Claymore (around 211 damage at 50, pretty close to a prismatic weapon).</P> <P>Prismatic weapons are among the best in game though, if not the best, unfortunately i still dont have one.</P> <P>Drayek's axe is also great and there are also some 2h  maces with huge damage out there (close to 290s), slow as hell, but you compensate that with your haste buffs anyway.</P><p>Message Edited by Davish_Darkwolf on <span class=date_text>05-16-2005</span> <span class=time_text>04:04 PM</span>
