i must say - i wouldnt mind being able to do a respec - way back i chose - forget what its called - a skill that when cast gives +2 strength and increases health regen - i thought - cool! sounds uselful. to my horror - it lasts like 2 minutes - i can barely see the difference in regen and the recast is something like 1/2 hour! this is the most useless [expletive ninja'd by Faarbot]ed up spell i can imagine and it pisses me off there was no description as to recast time as i would NEVER have chosen it. cant believe i chose this over a permanent addition to strength or health.

Message Edited by Kol-Hammer on 04-26-2005 07:11 PM

I use Stifled Rage quite a bite when I'm MT in a group. It can certainly help in slowing the rate your health drops and give the healers a little breathing room. The 20% attack speed reduction is almost always offset by your berserks and rages so no real loss there, and unless I'm mistaken, I don't believe it affects the speed that you can use your skills in the least. My rule of thumb is if the mobs I'm tanking are yellow ^^ heroics or higher I'll usually click SR on just for that little bit of defensive padding.
