Enhance: Command & Enhance: Moderate broken

I have both Command and Moderate at Master 1 and 5 AA points in Enhance: Command and 4 AA points in Enhance: Moderate.My AA table says the resists on Command should be increased by something like 25 or 30% (can't remember exact number when maxed) but my spell shows absolute no increase or additional stats. It currently has 1102 mit buff and I believe that's the same as without any AA points. Casting it doesn't seem to increase my mit more than that either. Am I missing something or is this just broken?4 AAs in Enhance: Moderate says it should be reducing hate generation by an additional 8%, giving 48% total at Master 1. My spell says it only decreases hate by 46% and hasn't changed since I put 3 points into it. Seems broken and I don't want to waste another AA in it.Thanks.<div></div>

You belive wrong in both cases..those are the exact numbers you should see with AAModerate is 38 without any AA and command is somethign around 680 without AADo your homework and stop being stupid.
