<div></div><p>100% agreed, this was the mod response in a locked thread : "Express your feelings, but in a constructive manner please!"</p><p>Maybe you should open your eyes StaryEyedElf - the Guardians have been doing this since the LU13 downgrade.</p><p>IMHO, It is understandable that these posts ring of frustration - maybe it's because we lack any response from the Devs as to why our class is so very broken.</p><p>So instead of locking threads why not give us a response... wow, wouldn't that be a treat "We actually get treated like customers and not second class citizens"</p><p>You guys really need to learn about customer service - unless your goal is to completely alienate your player base, in which case your are doing an outstanding job - well done.</p><p>I expect this post will get locked.</p><p>Barakuzz</p>

<div></div><p>The apparent level of heavy-handedness afforded these people is more provoking and inciting than any of the threads they claim to moderate on the basis of provocation and incitement. Because even when players have gone far over the line, they have still done so in the spirit of speaking their minds vulnerable to rebuff, often letting off steam harmlessly, which is valuable in a fragile and emotionally-charged environment like this.</p><p>This message forum should be a place to complain, conjecture, chronicle, and speak freely at all levels among ourselves about the environment which <em>we have created for each other</em>, and about which we are so passionate. Once a subscriber loses the sense that he has a place to speak his mind freely and with minimal censorship, I sincerely believe you damage the spirit of the players and of the game with a type of bruises that don't heal. The type of censorship I've witnessed here is doing far more damage to this player's sensibilities than anything any fellow player could possibly dream up to write in even their most adversarial post.</p><p>If you want people to be emotionally tethered to your electronic environment, it may be more wise to allow them the broadest possible range of self-expression of those emotions. I believe the balance is much more fragile than you are giving it credit for. Your capricious censorship is a miscalculation.</p><p> </p>

<div>The locking of threads is not really up for debate.</div><div> </div><div>Trust me, I completely understand what you're saying and all of your frustrations. With that said, you are all allowed to come here and say something is not working or something is wrong, but you may not insult people or make inflammatory comments.</div><div> </div><div>And please look at all of the new mods this way: the more eyes there are out there, the more information the development team can be given. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></div><div> </div><div>As predicted, this thread is being locked.</div>
