Weapon Proc's and Hate

<DIV>As I understand it, there are no real "Pure Hate" weapon proc's out there so I was wondering how much hate (If any) would there be on lets say a disease based dot proc that does 35 initial damage and 35 damage every 6 seconds for 30 seconds.. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I know it may be difficult to say just how much but would like to know if anyone has any idea... </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thanks!!</DIV>
