Yes, the staff is cool.

Q - why does the sarnak war cutlass still look like a lvl 1 weapon if you're thinking up cool stuff like this to put in game?

Q2 - why does Shadow Axe look like a lv 1 axe w/ a particle effect?

Seeing things like these, I KNOW you can make better weapons for raid rewards...please do so in the future. I wont bother you with minor things like that for now, since there are so many other things to fix atm.
I registered for the event then realized that store was too far(Brentwood) CyberHaven. So I signed at another game store. I have two accounts(my son uses the other account) and tried to sign up my son, but anyway, I call the El Cajon Binary Rift, They said they are closed that Thursday thru Saturday and not having a EQ2 EoF event on this Saturday. So then I called the Poway, Computing 101 game store and they said they are not aware of any EQ2 EoF event. Anybody know what the (bleep) is going on?

Talk about a sopfu. Well looks like Tampa, Fl is not going to have this event either I called the center there listed for this event they do know about it, but have not gotten anything in for this Event nor any call from iGAMES. I have written iGames and have gotten nothing back I now post this here hoping maybe SOE will push on iGAMES. Talk about a let down I was so looking forward to meet new people who play and live near by. Kind of like a mini Fan Farie for locals.

So I guess its no new cool little in-game item for 6 people signed up there. Also was told it was only for people with SOE accounts so where does this leave the people who want to try the game out. Event states new players will get Classic EQ2 not from what I heard.

So much for this push on getting new people. Help SOE someone is buching your marketing plans.

Quick update: one in Tampa has been solved someone didn't tell the new guy at the center. Everyone who sign up will be approved at the door. and info gathered.

Message Edited by Wolfguard6 on 11-22-2006 02:17 PM

Got a question for any soe person who reads this.

Since there are thousands of us who dont live in the US or Canada, not to mention people who live in the US but not near a participating place, why is there no way for your loyal customers ( the ones who pay your wages ) to get the in game item?

Hey Obelisk, I'm not sure who you spoke to over at Computing 101 but I attended the event there yesterday and had a wonderful time. That said, it seems like the information leading up to the event was a bit disorganized. In general, I think it's a great concept and would personally love to see more events like this.
