Spells should have been tested, Classes should have been tested, Mobs should have been tested, items should have been tested - all of them for : functionality, difficulty, balance and purpose.</P> <DIV>From beginning to end, level 1 to level 50 (or 60 if you were working on the expansion). Every mob, every class, every spell, every item. You do these things before hand and you don't even need a Combat Revamp.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I know you don't want to hear this cause it is a hard pill to swallow but sadly it is true.</DIV>

<P>I have a couple questions.  Not related to combat changes but I would like some alt advancement.  Some initial things might be an extra house vault slot which wouldnt be game breaking.  Then maybe alt advance for resists and stats similar to eq1.  I know the question has been asked many times I just wish they would put it in with simple non game breaking things first then move to more class defining AA in an expansion.</P> <P>Question on the combat changes.  I play an Illusionist.  I am very happy at this point with the combat change.  I would like to know if they are going to give enchanters an ability to stifle or something similar on epics?</P> <P>Second it is difficult at this time to distinguish the different 3 up arrow epic mobs.  Some of the 3 up arrow mobs can be mezzed others are resistant.  Will they design a way to distinguish these.</P>

<STRONG>Question</STRONG>: I would like to see priests being equal towards other classes in a PvP enviroment, currently while duelling there is no way to stand against any other classes, unless of course you manage to have good defence skills and stats. But the problem of DMG-output still <U>remain</U>. Will that be looked into?

Ok, a couple of questions. 1)  One of the things that I liked about EQII pre-CU was the facet of spell line customization that was replaced with the Master II selection now.  Part of this reason was that it allowed a deviation from what did, and even more so now, feel like a cookie cutter character development, the Ah, you are are lvl 25, that means you have these spells and these spells only.  As an example, my mage Pre-CU was concentrating on cold based attacks when given the choices, the idea of the RP being that she was an ice-elementalist, rather than a fire one.  My Fury selected the special group buffs, (Group Nettleshield for example) because that is what he saw himself as.  That flavor in the game is gone, and I think it lessens the game.  Is there any plans on bringing something like that back? 2)  Also in the lines of the customization thing, would be multiple choices for clothing colors, the mage would prefer to wear a very light blue for example, my scout a dark green.  Dye packs would be most wonderfull for this.  any thoughts along those lines being considered? <div></div>

What are you going to do about the large discrepancies between the fighter classes post CU, in regard to avoidance vs mitigation tanking and Agro generation.

<DIV>Many enchanters feel that there raid ability is very poor. Some bards might feel the same (no clue, but enchanters and bards are similar). This is mainly due to a large number of our abilities not working on epic mobs. I don't doubt that other classes have at least some abilities that are like this. While I agree that balance must be maintained and no class should be overpowered, raiding seems to be fairly unequal. Is there any chance that some spells will be changed, or that new spells might be introduced to balance raiding?</DIV>

<P>Back in the day when food and drink were finally given stats there was a post outlining what stats the various food types would have.  All tiers since have followed that format.  </P> <P>Now the recipes from tier to tier have been extremely repetitive and although somewhat boring, they have been consistant.  Fruited tea and creamed coffee offer the same duration in each level they appear in as they take the same number of combines in all tiers to make.</P> <P>Untill tier 6.  This is really quite a mess.  The foods not only do not follow the meat = str , sweets = wis etc. format but the durations are off and the stats change as you progress the recipe.  An example would be roasted artichoke, it gives wis.  Take the roasted artichoke and turn it in to a stew or casserole it becomes stamina?  As do most of the tier 6 recipes.</P> <P>Before you color anymore armor, or build more towers could you please fix provisioning recipes for tier 6 and give us Tier 6 rare recipes for the carpenters?  It is really sad to see both my main crafters, relatively useless.</P> <P>Btw, while you are fixing placement of furniture and such, could you make it so that the baby dragons can be placed in the dragon nest?  </P> <P>I do appreciate how much there is to do to manage a game of this magnitude and I really enjoyed the halloween events, but I would really like to see what is already in place be fixed.</P> <P>Thank you,</P> <P>Morgaine</P>

The crafting aspect of this game sets it apart from any other MMO, and that's what drew me back to EQ2. I know for a fact that I am not the only one... Make crafting as fun as it is for adventurers. Have NPC's that need a crafters services directly (maybe even tailor the NPC to know to ask for something the person hailing can actually do. </DIV> <DIV>Again though I wouldn't ask this if the poor devs were just trying to enjoy a good meal!! I'd save it for these boards or interview call ins or something like that. </DIV>

Tradeskilling, Questing, Character building, Puzzles - those challenge your mind more.
