Hey Folks, We have posted a humorous look at EQ2 terminology. Link: TenTonHammer.com Guide to MMOG Terminology Our Search Aggregate Tool (searches all of the top EQ2 sites in one go and gives you links to the information you requested in a Google like manner) has been ported to a web based system. MMOG Search Tool We would love feedback, especially on the search tool if you have time to pass some on. I'd like to add:DPS - Can also mean Deaths per Session. As in, "My Enchanter friend pulls much more DPS than my troubadour friend."

Don't forget:

Fast AFK - where as the healer or tank goes away from the keyboard in the middle of a very dangerous area promising to be back really fast. In reality they are gone for 5-10 minutes in which they consider fast.

Autofollow - where as a player who goes AFK can follow someone around. They normally autofollow the puller which in turns causes undo aggro whiping out the group, they then mysteriosly go linkdead, hence saving them from mass embarrassment. This also used to gain experience while they are watching their favorite episode of Star Trek in the other room.

Message Edited by Brickyard on 07-28-2005 04:48 AM

Also: GTG - "Good To Go" An reply often miscounted by the MAIN TANK whereby one group member (usually the healer) is not actually Good to Go, resulting in XP DEPT.

rofl that was great, if any made me laugh more than others i'd say it was

“Raid” - a complicated and time consuming grouping arrangement whereby shards can be produced in multiples of 6
